One of the things I’ve been wondering about is Kazim’s experience in district court matters. So I put his name into the 86th District Court search function. (It’s a lot of fun. Look up your friends and frenemies.)

What am I missing? That can’t possibly be the extent of his 86th District Court experience, can it? There must be something wrong with this. His website says that he’s experienced in criminal law, but his bio also talks about working in criminal law in other locations. I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he’s assisted on cases that other attorneys have had their names on, or that I’m missing something else.
By contrast, put Paul Jarboe’s name in, and there are 1185 search results. That’s a slight difference.
Question for the candidates: How many cases have you handled in the 86th District Court? If the number is less than 100, what makes you qualified to lead a court you’re not familiar with?
